Please read and fully agree with this policy before booking.
•(LASH EXTENSIONS) Arrive with no makeup on, or around lashes; this includes eyelash glue, mascara, eyeliner, concealer, foundation, etc. A complimentary lash bath is given to all fullset & fill services, but if you arrive with any makeup or strip lash glue on your lashes, a $5 cleaning fee will be applied to your service.
-If you wear contact lenses, please remove before appointment. Avoid spray tans, lash tints, mascara, and false lashes 24 hours prior to appointment.
•(WAX APPOINTMENTS) Hair MUST be longer than a grain of wax. If you are receiving an underarm wax, please arrive with no deoderant on. Wax will not stick to deoderant.
•(ALL APPOINTMENTS) Set aside the appropriate amount of time for your appointment; estimated time for appointments can be found under Services tab and on the booking website.
•(ALL APPOINTMENTS) Mask is required
•(ALL APPOINTMENTS) Do not bring kids or guests
•Every appointment requires a deposit within 24 hours of booking. Your deposit is half of your service cost. You only have to pay the remining balance after your appointment.
EX: If your service is $100, your deposit is $50.
•NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT
•Deposits are non refundable and they go towards your service.
•Your appointment is not booked without your deposit. If you take too long to pay your deposit, someone else may book your requested time.
•Only Accept zelle, cashapp, and cash. Your deposit can only be sent through zelle, or cashapp.

• If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.
•Please book accordingly to avoid being up charged at the time your lashes are examined by the lash artist. Please do not hesitate to text me pictures of your current lashes before booking your next appointment so that I can help you decide which service is right for you
•To book a 2 week fill, extensions must be no less than at 40% coverage. Any coverage less than 40% will be up charged as a full set.
•In order to be qualified to re-book fills with me you must be cleansing lashes daily and following aftercare. If you do not own a designated lash extension cleanser, you must invest in one to keep up your personal hygiene and avoid infections.
•I will not work on anyone who does not cleanse their lashes daily. This is to protect myself and my clients from any potential contagious infections you may have caused yourself by neglecting personal hygiene.
•7 Day Touch up appointments are only available within 7 days or less of your last fill/full set.
•If you experience excessive fallout within the first 3 days after your appointment, you are eligible for a free touch up. You must contact me within that 3 day time frame in order to receive a free touch up.
•There is a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. If you can’t make it within the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. You will have to reschedule and leave another deposit. If you make it under the 15 minute deadline, understand that your lash artist may not be able to give desired results, because of less time to complete the service.
•Arrive on time to your appointment. Neither late nor early. Arriving late will result in either cancellation/rescheduling, or will result in appointment being cut short (less lashes applied).
•If you arrive early please wait until your exact appointment time to come inside. I have appointments back to back, and cannot service you until the exact time you booked for.
•No show no calls will be required to pay the full service price.
•If you no show then want to book again, you must pre pay your full service price the day you booked your appointment.
•If you no show no call twice, you will not be able to book services with Aura Esthetics again.
•Cancellations / rescheduling within 48 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 40% inconvenience fee of the total service.
•If you need to cancel/reschedule, please let me know in reasonable time to avoid the fee (49+ hours or more in advance)
•When you cancel/reschedule, you lose your original deposit. When rescheduling, you need to leave another deposit for your upcoming appointment, and pay the inconvenience fee to secure your appointment.
